Christmas came a few weeks early this year,” Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke said of the new reserve, which is believed to have enough energy to fuel the U.S. for nearly seven years."

Wow Seven whole years eh?  Largest ever..

Then what?

Look at Europe who has basically been civilized for 500+ years and they have CONSUMED most of their Natural Hydrocarbons.. Coal.. Nat Gas.. Petroleum.  Look at the MESS they are in...

Just because we have it DOESN'T MEAN that we have to use it NOW!!

but it's nice to know that like a bank account.. we got some for a "rainy day."

We have been just about to run out for about 50 yrs. now. but somehow we have more than ever. How many times can you cry wolf. Some folk deserve good profits from their assets while some should hold them for the good of others profit I suppose. Europe has plenty of shale gas but they don't want to drill for it. France has enough for 100 years but don't allow fracking.
