West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | My thoughts as well.
The claim of improved soil structure from some other sites I found was something had never thought about. Just sprinkle some soybean meal on after a wet fall harvest, the worms raise large families as soon as it warms up in the spring, and compaction is gone.
The State University of NC better find a different source of soybean meal.

The full rate of 20 lbs./1,000 sq ft as recommended by the site I linked above, calculates to about 871.2 lbs./acre x the site I linked price of $1.82/lbs./25 lbs. bag = $1585.58/acre...feel free to check my math. ;)
I give the company I linked alot of credit for their unconventional soybean meal marketing efforts, and hope they sell semi loads of their fertilizer...I'm serious.
