| Everything you said about Chinese manufacturers applies to US soybean producers. The only difference is that there is an actual embargo on US beans to China.
There simply isn't any place with anywhere near enough demand for us to sell our soybeans to. We've stored beans for a few months but at some point those beans will come on the market, the price will act accordingly and US producers will be force to reduce production or sell them to China and eat the 25% tariff. | |
