Central PA | I think it's a good program. My son and I took it about 8 to 10 years ago. We did the online part, Then went for the hands on part. They had carcasses that had damage from rough handling, and improper placement of shots, and broken needles. Then several weeks later we had chute side training. A USDA vet came to the farm and interviewed me. Looked over my records. Looked at my cows, and was pleased. I don't know if the Beef Quality Assurance sign has helped sell any beef or not, but it hasn't hurt. One place that I send, pays a premium if you do what they want.
