just talked to a man at barber shop today. Said he never adds pork to his venison....just beef tallow....makes it taste like hamburger-so he claims. personally, I intend to marinate some for at least 5 days sauerbraten style
If he wants it to taste like hamburger, tell him to leave it untouched and I'll swap him a pound and a half of hamburg for every pound of venison burg.
Why do people do that???????
