We have always ground up strait deer burger for chili,tacos,and sloppy joes... Then mix 20% pork 80% deer for burger's. we call the deer and pork burger "dork burger". you can mix the pork in after you thaw it out and are ready to make burgers. We will also cut bacon up in tiny pieces to mix with the thawed out burger and cook patties.
