does anyone grind their deer hamburger 100% deer, with no beef or pork added? if so do u have trouble keeping the patties from crumbling? I got a nice buck late on sunday, weather was warm. took to a local guy, he skinned it and we put in cooler that nite. he will cut burger and steaks out of it. he said he never adds fat though to his burger. any thoughts?
