I agree Buck. China, or at least the people at the top, have a notion that THEY want to be the world power. If we keep the status quo and let them keep working towards that then soybeans will be the least of our concerns. Keep in mind that I do not think China alone can get the job done, but with some help that outcome could change. We need to stop helping them. We have our own fuel and food. We have most of the worlds naval fleet. Our exports are only about 8% of GDP if I remember correctly and roughly half of that is with Canada and Mexico. Politics aside, I feel like we at the minimum have someone looking out for us now. I can not say if how he is managing this thing is right or wrong but he is making an effort. Dollars has and continues to cloud our vision in this country. I guess maybe that is the way it has always been.
