Ol’ Wisco | Both sides have agreed to release the hammer on their proverbial “gun”. They are both open to the idea of a symbiotic agreement of some form. There is an exorbitant amount of detail that goes into an agreement like this.
To say “Trump/Xi won bc of this/these parts of the agreement” is myopic at best. These things are incredibly complex and take time to iron out.
Half the ruckus you hear is just media noise trying to get your attention. The markets said it best yesterday. “A little progress, but nothing to crazy”.
