We are not even close to pace to make what is printed now. All if a sudden we are looking at 1 bil carry and china is not going to buy enough to justify $9 beans which means that $12 talk is nonsense and iresponsible. I remember $5 and 12 talk last year and look how that turned out.


Agree somewhat with you but as been noted by w1891, shipments to destinations other than China ramp up as the new crop year progresses. Brazil can’t service everyone and their own needs no matter what some say.
What I agree with is 9 seems to be a better area to be at with increase in basis to stimulate some movement to fill any changes in minor increases to China. I look back at the huge decline in price and where we settled in the fall of 2014 with far less carryout worldwide than we are looking at now.
