Subject: Trade agreement doesn't officially begin until January 1?

NW Indiana
CNBC report that the truce doesn't officially begin until January 1st. White house reporting several things that the Chinese haven't confirmed. Kudlow throwing a 1-1.2 trillion in additional Chinese imports but again vague with no timeframe. Does this mean they won't be purchasing soybeans and other ag products until the new year?? White house says immediately, well we have heard some BS lines out of there before. I would say as we hear more things it becomes obvious why things softened throughout the session. Basically we don't know much at this point.
