One trick I like to use is to start a new project just for analysis.
Read your yield data in, and delete the endrows from the whole field.
If you are doing variety tracking that is the simples t way to get rid of endorws/brush/ mudholes that you know are skewing the data.
If you are relying on planting maps under the yield maps, then the post above works about as good as any. you can also import both the planting and yield layers into the "analysis" project, and delete the producs from the planting map one at a time and get good results that way.
Query should work, but I struggle with it sometimes, and the extra project where could delete unwanted data from the maps was the work around I learned to use.
