Look up Moonshine Leather in Indiana. I got a phone holster from them after loosing my phone numerous times out of others. Theirs has a molded flap that goes back down, and has a magnet to hold it shut. After seeing it, several friends ordered them. Not cheap, but works perfect. I'm sure they would custom make whatever you wanted for vice grips or a light
