30 series have the pre drilled holes. The bracket is designed for that series of tractor. You can also do a deluxe bracket (on tractor) and/or shroud (on receiver), which I suggest for stability reasons and all new receivers will come with the deluxe style instead of the old bracket/shroud as pictured.
