They have held their currency in a narrow fixed range for many years in response to previous complaints that they let the currency float too much. In fact they've only recently allow their currency to float because their trading partners complained that they didn't.
Third, for the past eight months they have been consistently and forcefully arguing for the US to abide by the WTO rules which the US has flagrantly violated. by unilaterally imposing tariffs.
And fourth, as for "moving things along with NK", the reason there hasn't been any "moving things along with NK is because trump continues to threaten to "inienerate their country", in case you haven't been paying attention. The North Koreans have repeatedly said, "we not going to give up our weapons until the US provides us with some security agreement, as in at least end the state of war.
