| The part I keep waiting on is to see the farmers on this forum raise 9 kinds of hell when the products they use on the farm cost 10 times more because they are no longer made in China. No more knock off brands. No more cheap chemicals, no more cheap tools etc. My question will be, are you going to go to these U.S. companies who you sacrificed your crop sales to protect their I.P. property and expect them to cut you a break on prices??? I think it will boil down to the fact that you cut your income to protect them, but they aren't going to cut theirs to help you!!
My guess is some kind of tentative agreement will be reached, but the Chinese only buy enough beans to get them through until S.A. harvest. If they can get by without buying any, that's what they will do. | |
