Subject: Tarrif question on affecting markets

North west MN
What's your thoughts

1. Do you think the trade war and tarrifs will have a positive affect on the bean markets within 9 months even if no deal is made next week? Some people I know seem to think so very strongly and dont want the USA to come to a agreement and are hanging on to beans for the long and run not selling beans thinking it's the best plan and put the screws to china.
Need year end income normally sold out of beans this time of year could take Gov. loan but I hate to rob Peter to pay Paul.

2. If there is a positive trade negotiation with China next week would we lose part or all of the second half of the mfp payment?

I dont have a clue.
