The markets are betting that Xi gets a major capitulation from trump two weeks after trump got his ass kicked in midterm elections, GM lays off 15,000 & closes 5 plants in North America and Manafort got caught lying about his connections with Assange and the Russians while he was trump's campaign manager.
Xi knows that trump's on borrowed time now.
You list all of those supposed reasons and we told you weeks ago price suggested it had unfinished business to the upside.
All you had to say was the swing failed.
And everyone says charts are hard to make sense of...
