Texas Panhandle | I have used rangepoint for 4 years and it works great for me. There are a couple posters on here that had bad luck with it so I don't know if anyone that is outside of your area can really give you a good answer. With that being said, here it would work good to do what you want, and on a smaller budget that is exactly what I would do. What I would do is try to find a 750 unlocked at least to omni, then try rangepoint. If you don't like it, they will apply that towards a centerpoint subscription.
If you have Digifarm I think that is a decent option but beware of the cost of the modem, Ipad, and monthly data plan.
