For repeat passes, I would only recommend RTK. Centerpoint RTX is supposed to be +- 1.5 inches and should work in theory. Rangepoint RTX is an improved WAAS and designed for broad acre stuff like tillage and fertilizer spreading.

Free or cheap corrections are as good as what you pay for. For cultivating, you will be steering with your nudge buttons to correct for drift. At times it will be good, but you better be paying attention for when it starts to drift. With the added price and decreased yield of organic, you don't want to wipe out any more than necessary.
