| So, instead of being all derogatory and disrespectful about the people that are making your windfall possible, why don't you talk about the cost benefit of your solar installation.
In the case of my solar installation, which isn't as big and apparently isn't as well subsided, even without the subsidies, will generate electricity cheaper than the three nuclear plants sixty miles away. Keep in mind that for 120 years, various governments have been systematically subsidizing various forms of electricity whether it's hydro-power installations, coal fired plants or nuclear reactors, and now just because they're subsidizing solar or wind, it's somehow less acceptable.
Not to pick on the trump administration, but they are, even now, trying to implement "regulations" that require a certain amount of "the more expensive" coal be burned simply to make work for coal miners.
But let me guess, you're ashamed because you're actually doing something helpful and positive. | |
