NE Iowa | 209 acres went up for auction a month ago in NE Iowa. All tillable, no buildings, and 62 CSR2. It no saled at around $7400 at the auction. Had an offer for around $7750 that came in day after the auction. The $7750 was the sellers reserve price. But the offer also fell through do to lack of financing. Family plans to try again with auction next fall and rented it for next crop year.
