| Fairly close to me auction in Richland county, IL brought 6560/acre. One buyer bought all 689 acres. I believe the buyer was the current operator and would get half of it anyway. It was a "court ordered partition". Some of th better pieces brought $8k plus while some crappy stuff in the $4k range. Would figure roughly $7500 per tillable; 170aph for corn and low 50s on beans. | |
