I agree with you. This would be considered high quality ground in District 8. $6,100 would have picked a bid down here and we have lower purchasing power generally. If they wanted $8,000, I could see that not occurring, but really surprised it didn't get a bid. Relatively high property tax, but it seems to have no abnormal conditions or encumbrances.
