Gettysburg, PA | I have NO idea what kind of money my parents have. Now, we're not talking farming family here. Dad was a long time phone man and mom was stay at home until I went to college. She works part time in our h.s. cafeteria. Dad now retired. Folks always acted like we were poor and we sure didn't do any extravagant spending. But, I honestly have no idea what kind of money they have, or don't have. Am I the only one? ETA: My folks are 72 and I am 49. I guess at some point, one of us kids should understand their finances, but, so far none of us are privy to any of that information.
