A friend has beef for sale. He is asking $2.10 per # of dressed weight. Id be getting a quarter or half of a half, so splitting a front and hind quarter. I pay for my processing . Is this a fair price?? Im unsure about the cost of butchering to get it to dressed weight, but guessing I would pay a portion of that.
