Nw Iowa
We have large horizontal tanks that are single wall. We put them in a building , vented correctly and put in a dike. Keeps tanks cooler in the summer and keeps water out of dike. Have some dual wall tanks but concerned moisture between walls in tanks will shorten tank life? If I was buying a tank would want at least 10000 and fittings so that tanker could directly unload. Generally 15-20cents a gallon but seasonal savings are pretty normal. Usally load up 60-65 percent of our fuel in Dec-Jan. We have enough fuel to get thru a season. I am probably alittle weird but always worried some event could dry up supplies and we would not be able to get fuel.
