Looking at the chart. The price trading between the ML and LML. When it got to the point where you have Weak wrote on it. Is it still going up or is it going down at that point and day. How do you know what to do? You don't really know what is coming 2 or 3 days in advance or do you. If you do. What would be the signal to sell at that point?
The weakness is measured by price action within the fork. Another words, that drive was the closest prices has come toward the ML. Every subsequent drive has fallen short of it. So while price may continue higher, it is likely to continue to fail in relation to the respective fork. Hope that makes sense. |
