Don’t worry about neighbors renting ground with all new paint and fancy semi etc. around here it’s the guys that don’t care about that buying all the ground and guy with new paint saying well I could of bought it crap because he didn’t have the 20% down minimum around here. You dad is prolly waiting to buy a large farm that he knows will sell @ anytime that touches you I’d say your dad has plenty of money but maybe he has his priorities straight wanting to buy more ground for you possibly
