Subject: Buying and Selling Feedstuffs. Licensing question?

NW Ohio
I've been buying and selling small loads of simple feedstuffs to local dairies and cattle feeders. Soyhulls, soybean meal, distillers, etc. Just have been kind of running with it but things are picking up a little bit. I've been in this situation in other businesses where you can run "shade tree" up until a certain volume. Once you peak that magical low volume scott free zone you inevitable piss of one of the big guys in the business and get reported for something. My question is do I need some sort of brokerage or dealers license for this type of deal? Couldn't find much online, maybe I wasn't looking in the right places? I try to make a small margin on the products themselves but am mainly just trucking them with a auger bottom straight truck and charging accordingly. Any advice?
