| A friend of mine has a CIH 9350 with the M-11 cummings motor that ran fine when he shut down the night before, weather got cold approx 20degreesF, tried to start it a couple of days later, would not start. He plugged it in for a 4 hours, would not start, seemed to turn over a tad slow. He put a knipco heater aimed at side of engine for several hours, still no go. He says he has been using some ether when he tries to start and it will just pop a little be. He has changed fuel filters several times. He put new batteries on, still seemed slow spinning over after. He had dealership come out to help, tried to install new starter unsuccessfully (I guess they are a real %@$^$# to change out). The last I heard, they were going to take tractor back to dealership to work on. The only thing that I could think of was the auxiliary fuel line shut off got turned off. Any other ideas???
