We had one in our Church fellowship hall. It was chosen by the powers that be when we built the building. Fire suppression hood, 8 pilot lights running all the time, oven that would never maintain the temp you set it at. Women ended up using roasters more and more. Finally, it was replaced with two heavy home kitchen stoves. it was a severe waste of money!
