Subject: Centrifugal fan motor overheating

NW NC
I've got a 10 hp single phase Sukup centrifugal fan on a 33' drying bin. Roughly 11k bushels in it now (90% full). I'm having trouble with the starter reset tripping from time to time. The motor is pretty warm/hot and can smell it a little sometimes. The motor full load amps is 39A. I checked last night and each leg is pulling 49A. Voltage in the starter box is 119 on each leg. I'm transferring corn to a 2nd bin today for storage and I thought I'd test the amperage again once the pressure should be less.

Any reason why the motor is pulling too hard? We've blown the motor out but that doesn't seem to be making a difference.
