A 2600 is a good way to get started gathering data and the row shutoffs. I would suggest you look at getting a StarFire 3000 instead of an iTC due to it having better performance for accuracy.
That, and I was told the iTCs will be shut off in the year 2020. I guess the only thing good about that is I have seen them bring $175 on auction! I guess that isn't bad if he wants to try it out as long as you know it will soon be a paperweight. SF3000 are all around pretty good receivers from my experience. |
