I'm 67, have been taking NOW Prostate Support daily for ten years for more. Never a prostate issue, no need to get up to urinate at night unless I drank an unusual amount of water before bed (like at supper). My annual checkup is always great, with PSA of 0.2-0.4 or digital exam is fine. Maybe it's genetics, but I put a lot of stock into that NOW Prostate Support. I get it online at either VitaCost or Amazon.
