A Ruger 77/17 converted to 22 mag is my go-to pigeon/coyote/coon/skunk gun. It has a very accurate Green Mountain barrel topped with a Vortex easily good to 150 or more. I kept a Marlin Camp 9 carbine in the combine when I was seeing critters that needed to be shot but haven't seen any since. It's topped with an Ultradot and holds 27? rounds. Fun little gun!
