My mother has an I-pad that just shuts off after 10-15 minutes of use. The battery icon shows a full battery while it is working but when it dies the battery with red lines in the bottom of it shows up. Won't take a charge but after sitting for a few minutes I can turn it back on and that battery symbol is back to 100%
the device is probably 3 years old but gets used a lot.
Any suggestions?
