NW Washington | Apple does not replace iPad batteries. You send it in and they send you a iPad for a price. But they would be happy to sell you a new iPad. We went the new iPad route and I will say the new one is nicer and much faster than our old one.
Aftermarket computer shops will replace the iPad battery, so that is where you need to go if you want a new battery or to try to figure out what is wrong with your unit.
Apple can be a pain to deal with at times. | |
