Haha. Good response! Honestly, the only thing that I have ever seen go "bad" on them is the touch screen. Other than that I can't say I've ever heard of one giving in no matter the hours. I can't say the same for the FMX.

In all honesty, the only way the hours make a lick of difference on them is the back light for the lcd may go out (simple fix and low cost). Again, never heard of one doing that but I guess it's possible. This is assming a proper working environment.

Second opinion here is I will take a display with 5k hours ran in a good environment vs one with 500 in a tough one. Similar to highway miles vs freeway. Good environment would be the guy that pulls his display on the off season and stores them inside. Tough environment would be a guy who leaves them in year around. Rain, cold , shine. Heat, cold, fast swings in between and moisture kills electronics. Something to think about.....
