Central Illinois | This post describes my life to a T. Got it in 2014, finally got the correct diagnosis is the fall of 2016. The brain fog and depression about got the best of me, in fact if it wasn't for my wife and the fact i had very small children it would have. Finally seen a specialist in Chicago and he got me lined out. Took 5 different antibiotics 9 times a day along with all the herbal stuff too. I've been in pretty good shape for about a year and a half now. I'm 38 years old but just can't seem to do the things i did 5-6 years ago. Overall i feel pretty good about 5 days a week, but i still fight bad headaches and tremors a couple times a week. If you ever get the chance go to hulu or youtube and watch the movie "under our skin" it'll show you just how lucky some of us survivors are!! You can definitely relate to the people in the movie. | |
