I dont really cook with recipes, but I fry oysters with jalapenos and some,red and yellow pepper flakes until oysters are done. Milk, salt, pepper, butter and some jalapeno juice in a kettle and add cooked oysters and let cook together for awhile. It really wakes up oyster stew, I like a bit of heat so takes some tasting on your own to figire out how much to use.
Mushrooms in oyster stew?
