I'm looking at recipes for cooking breakfast casseroles in the crockpot over night. Basically just throw hashbrowns, cooked bacon/sausage and anything else along with pouring scrambled eggs over the top and dump some shredded cheese over it all, and cook it over night 7-9 hours and it comes out like a breakfast quiche or casserole out of the oven. I've been meaning to try it once, but worried the hasbrowns and eggs would be mushy, or not everything comes to together like the pictures show. Anyone have experience with it? should would be handy to wake up and just grab breakfast for the crew, instead of an entire production in the morning.

I've done it before and it usually comes out pretty good. I prefer sausage as a breakfast meat. The beauty about it is you can make it your own.
