Subject: Agleader Integra not controlling manure flow well - any ideas?

South Central MN
We are using an Integra to control the flow rate of hog manure in a Houle tank. It does not hold rate well. We are targeting 2800gpa,and it seems to get down to 3000 and get stuck there. Solution has even to program a 2nd rate for 2400gpa and use that to trick the system into moving lower. Once it does we can switch back to the 2800 rate and it will lock in decenty at 28000. Seems to be a valve cal number issuse.what is everyone using?
