| I added the blackberry extract once fermentation was completely done. I added it right into the fermentor, didn't move the beer to a secondary vessel to do it. Turned out great.
And yes, if you get up to even 5 gallon brewing, kegs are the way to go. You can force carbonate in under 24 hours, pour from the tap into the growlers to share with friends, and buy beer guns to fill bottles with your already carbonated beer. Pretty awesome. | |
