west-byGod-Pa. | NOT a specific answer as to who to go to: BUT....stay with it! Took me 10 years & numerous lawyers to get to the place of having a trust properly set up. I despise lawyers: they think they know it all: try to tell you what you want to hear- or what they want you to believe & yet steer you away from what you should have. I wish it were a mandate of law that all lawyers were required to explain to people that probate IS NOT NECESSARY: They push it because it is a source of income for them. DAMN, but I hate their lies | |
