WAAS is GPS-only and L1-only.
SF2 is L1+L2. If you're using an iTC receiver its GPS-only. If you have a 3000 receiver it is GPS+GLONASS.
SF1 is basically SF2 with some added noise to make it less accurate.
SF1 is superior to WAAS.
