did you happen to shut the stableloc off and have different results? also when this is all doing its (wrong) thing does your sat up in the corner stay green. I would bet if the sat is green and stable loc is on your likely on waas, and dealing with the line shifts waas typically provides.
as stated before stableloc will do very funny things.
