Rivers, MB | Someone else mentioned Riding Mountain National Park in Manitoba. Id agree with that recommendation. Beautiful lake. I’d highly recommend the sunset cruise on the Martise which is a 50-60’ little cruising boat. Great campground. Elkhorn resort is right on the edge of the park. Can walk to the town of wasagaming which is on the edge of Clear Lake. Lots of great hiking. Lake Audy is about 30 min from Clear Lake. Pretty good chance of seeing black bears and there is a bison enclosure as well.
Also in Manitoba. Grand Beach Provincial Park. Nice camping and beautiful beaches on east shore of Lake Winnipeg.
Falcon Lake Provincial Park is on the east side of Manitoba on the #1 highway. Beautiful lake as well.
