S Illinois | I was thinking more along the line of putting chemicals or fertilizer needs out for bid where everything is standard. If one were to do this for seed and get say 5 seed companies to bid on your order, would all of the hybrids need to be specified beforehand? I would assume it is more involved than just saying “ I need 300 units of 113 day corn, give me you best price”.
