northeast ohio | We are running a Trimble FMX subscribed to RangePoint RTX and EZ Pilot on our planting tractor. Steering accuracy is very acceptable. The FMX is set up with FieldIQ for fertilizer rate, Section clutches and seed monitoring. We also have a spare EZ Guide 500 RTK which run on ODOT CORS.
Is there a way to supply the FMX with RTK corrections from the EZGuide 500 much like RTK from a AgGPS 262 RTK? I have read several posts that suggest it is possible if using Autopilot. Even if it is possible, would RTK w/o Glonass it be more accurate than RangePoint?
